Director Statement

As a nomadic documentary filmmaker with a camera in hand, I’ve spent years capturing the raw essence of humanity. Through portraits and intimate conversations, I’ve asked people, “If you could write me a letter, what would it be?” These heart-to-heart letters became the foundation of Caveman. In this short film, I invite you on a journey through one of my field recordings—exploring the textures of the human soul through photography and film, guided by the voice of a remarkable individual whose path crossed mine.
