Mark Cavanagh is an author, screenwriter and filmmaker from an indie background. His film interests range from issue documentaries to narrative features.
Therese Dunn is a 14-year-old filmmaker who expresses herself in many creative mediums. She made her first film at age 11, "My Bro," about her little brother and his heart condition.
When a family member died of an accidental overdose, we made a film to spread awareness about the dangers of fake pills and the perils of addiction. We chose the intimacy of 1st person narrative to convey the inner struggle of fentanyl dependence and its impact on family.
