Originally from Slovakia, she grew up in Poland. A graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, she completed her degree in painting and photography with honors. She has worked in both commercial and artistic photography. For years, she has been creating for an international cosmetics company as an art director and graphic designer. She studied directing at the postgraduate level at the Warsaw Film School. The film " Feel no fear with" is her diploma film. Above all, she loves making films and wants to dedicate her full attention to cinema.
In my film, I have created a raw, immersive world of the border zone, seen through the eyes of my young protagonist—Ola. Her reality stands in contrast to the brutal world of adults, filled with crises and injustice.
Feel No Fear With Me is a story about the pursuit of freedom, rebellion, and the strength to resist oppression. Unlike the adults around her, Ola perceives the evil surrounding her and is the only one brave enough to stand against it. Her defiance of injustice and the criminal world contrasts with a reality where adulthood often equates to moral corruption.
Through a child’s perspective, I sought to depict innocence in confrontation with corruption, violence, and the migration crisis.
Children, with their pure sensitivity, can see the truth that adults often ignore or justify.
The film carries a message of hope for transformation and reconciliation. Thanks to Ola’s determination and empathy, her father is given a chance to change. Evil still lurks in the shadows, reminding us to never lower our guard. However, we believe that this time he will find the strength to make the right choices.
Visually, I wanted to merge naturalism with poetic realism, capturing the tension between the harshness of the world surrounding Ola and the beauty of sensitivity and goodness. My goal was to create a world that feels both authentic and dreamlike—where light, shadow, and movement reflect the evolving emotional states of the protagonist. Each frame was designed to immerse the audience in Ola’s inner world—her fears, determination, and moments of self-discovery.
