Andrea Natale alias "Next" was born in Rome where he lives and works. He degree in Humanities, the Department of Music and Literature Performing Arts at the Rome's University "La Sapienza" , he graduated in Directing the Documentary at the ACT Multimedia Academy of Cinema and Television of Cinecittà.Then he specialized in Cinema, Television and Multimedia Production at the Roma Tre University. His stylistic initial approach he linked to experimental cinema and documentary. His skills also extend to the executive production. The director has made several commercials, music videos, documentary shorts and Fiction during his career.

Andrea worked in 2012 as Video director, making shooting and editing for the heading "3, 2, 1 Ciak. He also cooperated with the Bright Crew staff and artistic team "eyesgroup video".

Throughout his artistic career he has collaborated with icons of Italian cinema such as Remo Capitani and with important authors, such as Daniele Malavolta, winner of the Solinas Prize.

Since 2019, he has been producer and director for Cinetika.

The best famous project is "Australian Dreams", a short documentary on the subject of Italian immigration to Australia, available in tv streaming version on Amazon prime video Italia and Shortly in the rest of the world. This film has won the Choice critics award at the Druk film festival 2020 and Best feature documentary at the Changing face iff in the march edition 2020. His most fortunate works is the short film "Journey notes", official selected at Beirut Cabriolet Film Festival 2017 and winner of the Best Foreign Short Story Award at American Filmatic Arts Awards in New York.
During his career he has obtained many awards, such as the one for the script for the short film "In Itinere" at the Rive Gauche in Florence, the Fedic prize at the Chianciano corti film festival with "Journey notes" and the first prize at the Villa di Chiesa festival with "Boule de neige".

His most recent work are the web doc series "L'ultima transizione tra memoria e futuro"and the short documentary "Fuori le mura".

With the short film Fascino d'altri tempi in 2025 he participated in the event of the winners of the Cannes 7 art awards at the Marche du film during Cannes film festival.

Andrea Natale è nato nel 1986 a Roma, dove vive e lavora attualmente.

E’ laureato in Letteratura Musica e Spettacolo all'Università La Sapienza di Roma e diplomato in Regia del Documentario all'Accademia del Cinema e della Televisione ACT multimedia di Cinecittà, successivamente si specializza in Cinema, Televisione e Produzione Multimediale presso l'Università Roma Tre.

Autore, regista e produttore per Cinetika dal 2019. Nell'arco della suo percorso artistico ha collaborato con icone del cinema italiano come Remo Capitani e con importanti autori, quali Daniele Malavolta, vincitore del Premio Solinas.

Ha fatto parte del gruppo artistico eyesgroupvideo e del team bright crew.

Finalista e premiato in diversi Festival cinematografici a livello internazionale, artista selezionato per esposizioni d'arte, ha tenuto lezioni universitarie ed ha collaborato come Video Director per la trasmissione 3 2 1 ciak nel 2012.

I suoi ultimi lavori sono la serie doc " l'ultima transizione tra memoria e futuro" e il corto doc " Fuori le mura".Con il cortometraggio Fascino d'altri tempi nel 2025 ha partecipato all'evento dei vincitori del Cannes 7 art awards al Marche du film durante il festival di Cannes.
