Logline: “Family Law and Order” is a dark and gritty crime and courtroom drama. “Family Law and Order” is the Family Law version of Law and Order. This 1hr. Episodic will take the audience the Underbelly of Family Law where judges are bribed, children are abused and drugged with impunity, and “No one is going to do the right thing.” Family Law and Order will take the audience into a world where greed, lust, evil, and cruelty are the norm and people will do anything to get the children ("Little Bags of Money"), car, house, and money. Family Law is a 50 Billion dollar a year business. "More money passes through Family Court, than all other courts combined." The stakes don't get any higher than your Family!
PILOT SUMMARY
A young girl, Sara, and her unsuspecting father, Dominic Davis, are introduced to the harsh realities of Family Court when the mother, Alice Taylor, makes false accusations of sexual child abuse. Sara gets questioned and probed by CPS. Sara and her father deny the allegations, but Judge Kelly Coleman was bribed by the mother, Alice Taylor, and rules in her favor.
