Avigayil Enautozoe is a talented individual with a background in philosophy from the University of Indonesia. Alongside his academic pursuits, he have developed a passion for music and creative writing, showcasing his abilities as a singer and songwriter. His original music has been widely recognized and even featured in films, while his skills as a filmmaker have also been demonstrated through his direction of fiction short movies.
As a filmmaker, I am deeply committed to telling stories about the complexities of human relationships. In this short film, I explore the gaps of beliefs between Carlo, a gay son, and his conservative mother. This film emphasizes the difficulties and conflicts that can arise between people of different backgrounds and beliefs, as well as the importance of understanding and respect in overcoming these difficulties. The film ultimately shows that love and acceptance are more powerful than any difference of opinion through Carlo and his mother's journey.
