Jamezz Hampton, a Chicago native from Robbins, Illinois, made his directorial debut in 2020 with the film "Ebony Hustle." Following the success of this feature film, Jamezz continued to direct and produce other projects, ultimately leading to his latest opportunity directing "False Profits."

In our film "False Profits," we deeply explore the themes of human greed and the complex dynamics of money laundering that frequently accompany it. We also delve into the idea that individuals can become victims of their circumstances, particularly when family relationships play a significant role in shaping those circumstances. Through compelling characters and a gripping narrative, we aim to depict the moral deterioration when people prioritize wealth over ethical considerations. Our ultimate goal is to spotlight the consequences of unbridled greed, challenging the audience to consider the impact of such choices.
