"Faces of the Country" is a series of documentaries about outstanding Russian athletes. This particular film is about Vladlena Bobrovnikova, a Russian and Italian handball champion and Olympic medalist. In the spring of 2023, she was diagnosed with lymphoma. However, Vladlena's determination and support from her family helped her overcome this challenging illness. Through several rounds of chemotherapy and her unwavering faith, she managed to overcome cancer.
