Phoenix is a Black List recommended screenwriter on Network ISA's 'Top 25 Screenwriters To Watch' list. She is a foster parent and former UN aid worker, based in Sydney. Phoenix, the biracial child of immigrants, writes about personal chaos and adventure, identity and loss.
