Director Statement

The constant search for satisfaction through the superfluous generates as a consequence the uprooting, the loss of what is essential and without which man has no hope. "Everything is Nothing" is a work that emphasizes the importance of spirituality. One of the objectives of my film is to talk about the weight of guilt and the state of unconsciousness in which we live, being incapable of appreciating happiness when we have it before us and perhaps only in the inevitable case of losing it, we learn to value it. I began to produce the short film on one of my returns, after a long time, to Havana, with the available resources.
