Suhit Bombaywala (formerly Suhit Kelkar) lives in Mumbai and works as a freelance journalist, with publications in Hindustan Times, Mid Day, Business Standard, Money Control and other publications. Suhit's short stories and poems have appeared in the Penguin Book of Indian Poets, Litro UK, Out of Print and others. This is Suhit's debut documentary film.
This is a humble film about a small restaurant which offers hope because it has changed mindsets of cis patrons towards trans people. This place gave me hope that there can be more public spaces where LGBTQIA+ and other folks can interact cordially going forward. I hope that it will be of benefit to the viewers.
