THE STORY:
For centuries, Venus has been the great unanswered question of our solar system — a superheated planet hiding its surface beneath crushing pressure and toxic clouds. Now, humanity is sending its most advanced AI-supported mission ever: Project V-TAR, run by the United States Space Force.

At the helm of the orbital station USSF Veritas is Commander Jeff “Sharky”, a decorated pilot, physicist, engineer, and the most advanced AI-assisted drone operator in the fleet. His partner on the mission: Dr. Aris Thorne, a world-leading Venusian geologist and topographer whose deep-earth Lidar interpretations will become vital to humanity’s survival.

Together, they oversee a fleet of sentient mapping drones — the Drifters — designed to survive conditions no human or robot has endured. Their mission:

✔️ Prospect for rare-earth minerals
✔️ Decode the planet’s violent geological history
✔️ Uncover secrets with implications for Earth’s future
