Writer Biography - W. W. WEBB

I am a farm-raised Georgia native. I know how to use dynamite and graduated from Yale University. I'm a former trucker, pharmacy tech, teacher, computer programmer, carpenter, handyman, political operative, roofer, and business owner. I can operate a range of heavy equipment, own many power tools, and still have all ten of my fingers.

I love to hear a good story and can tell a few tales of my own.

Writer Statement

I have survived several jobs in a number of large organizations, both in the public and private sectors. The common thread in all of my work experiences was how disconnected management was from the employees. Structural and hierarchical change was often imposed from above without any regard for the actual impact on productivity or efficiency.
