Entrepreneurs of colour

This short film elevates the stories of several entrepreneurs of colour in Lisbon, as well as individuals who support them and are passionate about the cause for diversity. The documentary style film highlights their view of the Lisbon entrepreneurial ecosystem, showcasing their wins and their challenges within the ecosystem. The goal of the short film is to inspire entrepreneurs of colour in Europe and to inspire change in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Director Biography - Sami Haraketi

Sami haraketi is a 29 years old Tunisian filmmaker has a bachelor degree in multimedia communication and master degree in data science.
Based in Lisbon since 2019, working as a Content Manager in Building Global Innovators.

Director Statement

This film is an attempt to present and raise awareness about the stories, struggles and success of the entrepreneurs of colour.
Portugal is a great place to live in and it is really hard to not fall in love with this country, but we still have some challenges to face.
