Ennio & Sergio is a "western meets gangster" tale. My ode to the magic duo Sergio Leone and Ennio Morricone. Same pace like the 60's/70's spaghetti westerns and I wanted the dialogues to be juicily dubbed like all the European movies did back then.
In my search for the perfect locations in Italy, I fell in love with the amazing landscapes of Sardinia. So I decided to shoot most of the scenes in Sardinia and some exterior scenes were shot in Belgium.
