Elias is a British-Moroccan writer and filmmaker whose work explores the complexities of the human condition, liminalities and those who exist on the cultural margins.
He has had work performed to live audiences at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama as part of ‘Margins to Mainstream with Michael Sheen’; his work has also been featured on BBC Sounds and published in The New Statesman.
'Beneath a Mother’s Feet' is Elias’s screenwriting and directorial debut, and was made with the support of the BFI Network.
