Moses Ipadeola is a Nigerian filmmaker with a Theatre Arts background. His unique filmmaking style and poignant interest in capturing and portraying the African cosmological and cultural landscape guides his filmography. From Ifa Therapy to Fate, and his recently-teased Fada Krismas, his affinity with African culture is always at the core of his works.
Moses holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Ibadan, and a Masters Degree from the University of Lagos, where he studied Theatre Arts and Creative Arts from both institutions respectively.
He is a winner of the inaugural British Council’s Film Lab Africa grant.
The Director, a pro-African culture and ATR, intends to capture the beauty of an old Yoruba tradition, “Ekun Iyawo” in the most beautiful and artsy way, yet basking under his “Trado-Fiction” to allow for freedom in style and approach.
