Esma finishes high shool and dreams of getting an art major. But her conservative family does not want the same for her. She falls in love with her class mate Cem, who promieses her freedom the needs. Now she stand in between the lines of her family, her passion and her freedom.

Esma will ihr Leben selbst in die Hand nehmen und Kunst studieren. Ihre konservative Familie steht ihr jedoch nicht zur Seite und verbietet es ihr. Sie verliebt sich in den charmanten Cem und er verspricht ihr einen Ausweg. Esma ist gefangen zwischen den Fronten ihrer Familie, Kultur und Freiheit.
