A young Swiss couple, eager to buy their first house, learn that the prior owners might not be ready to sell.

Meanwhile, the homeowners, Sophia (Christina Behnke) and Ai (Dan Chen), go on a hiking trip, and split up during an argument in the woods after getting lost. Sophia makes it back to their car to wait for Ai and to warm up from the dropping temperatures, but the car won’t start, her phone is dead, and the temperature keeps dropping. She fears the worst and that their last words to each other would be about splitting up and that they would each die alone. She ultimately succumbs to hypothermia, but she still needs to bring love into her house before she can rest in peace.

A real estate agent, unsure about how much of this to disclose to the new buyers (and perhaps with a nudge from Sophia's spirit) uses the idea of hope to close the deal in the end.
