Julia “Jewels” Proctor is a Creative Influencer that graduated from The Art Institute of Washington as a Digital Film and Video Production student. Currently, she is pursuing a career in creative development for TV and FIlm. Jewels has a wide range of experience within the creative industry. She has worked at BET Interactive, Okeefe Communications, the National Institutes of Health, and Mnemonic Agency (formerly Comcast Spotlight.)

While working within the creative field, Jewels discovered her ability to come up with creative concepts on the spot. As of now, Jewels has developed several concepts for TV and Film. As a creative writer, she tells a story with many twists and turns but manages to pull from reality. Just when you think you know what is going to happen, she takes you somewhere else.
