Doppelgånger
Rosario Torres grew up, lives, and has stayed in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico with her mother, Maria del Carmen, living a normal, boring life which she is tired of, for her entire life, when it all turns upside down, the one night she goes on a date with an Americano. She accidentally bumps into her identical twin sister, Charlie Zarzuela. As the two meet, Maria looses control over Rosario, and her own identity is exposed, as a real-life sleeper agent, protecting her two daughters, and husband, Manolin Zarzuela, who has been in hiding in New York, caring for Charlie. A friend is revealed as a traitor, Tito Arango, and it takes two women who comes to Maria's rescue, Pilar de Armas and Mercedes Lombrat, to save them all. There is a secret Maria has been keeping from the all: what happened to the girls as babies, born on a mission Maria and Manolin worked in Cuba, twenty five years ago, and what will happen to them now, that the G-009 serum, has begun to affect them. Rosario and Charlie must be protected and taken to Washington D.C, but Maria and Manolin want to take their family away, and never look back. G-009 will soon activate their powers, and the serum's original owner, General Gentrel, a Cuban-Russian red ally, has been watching, and waiting...to get it back.

Juliana Ines Petry Philippi was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She began singing, dancing, writing and acting since she could walk, and got her BFA in Drama from Tisch NYU. She was traveled the world acting, in theater, and has grown into a film and television actress, and screenwriter. She is fluent in many languages, and tells stories from the heart. Juliana Philippi, for acting, and my name, plus husband's last, for writing. Divide and conquer.
"We become what we imagine", always and forever, is what drives my need and mission to tell stories in writing and in acting. I find that the deepest, darkest moments in life usually bring us to a story, and how see and hear each other, the point of view.
