Simon Stockdale is an award-winning filmmaker from Philadelphia, PA, who specializes in unique and thought-provoking films. Following a near-death experience with a drunk driver in 2021, Stockdale began his career as a filmmaker, intending to tell stories that really matter. Following his first two features, this is his first short film.
I am beyond excited to both once again partner with Elemeno Productions but also get to work for the first time with Hoyt Richards and April Yanko! I have respected and admired their work from afar, and now actually getting to work with them was exhilirating!
I am extremely proud of this film and can't wait to see the discussions it starts among audiences. I always set out to make people think with my films, and this one, in particular, I think will start a conversation that will continue long after the credits. So to everyone involved in both production as well as by simply viewing our film - thank you so, so much! You all matter.
