Cristo Fernández is a young actor and filmmaker born in the beautiful city of Guadalajara, in Jalisco; Mexico. He has successfully graduated with a BA degree in sciences and techniques of communication at the Universidad del Valle de Atemajac (UNIVA) in Guadalajara and an MA in Acting at the Guildford School of Acting, University of Surrey; UK.
Being a polyglot, he speaks fluent Spanish, English, German, French and Italian. As an actor he has participated in different projects both on stage and screen.
His debut short film as a director and filmmaker titled FUERA DE SERIE/One of a Kind (2017), has screened in numerous international film festivals in countries including Mexico, Spain, India, USA, Argentina & Italy and is currently in Pre-Production as a Feature Film.
His 2nd short film titled ÇDO ÇAST/ Every Moment (2019) was a script selected by the Balkan ́s Gate International Film Festival and filmed in the Lake of Prespa in Albania in 2017.
Distract-MEME is his 3rd short film.

Distract-MEME is a quirky micro-film that points a finger at the ridiculousness of this generations phone addiction we're ALL guilty of. Cheekily probing the audience to, perhaps, re-evaluate their priorities.
