Dion Denis Johnson is a Morgan State University graduate with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Following setting up two successful IT businesses, and becoming an internationally recognized speaker and author, Dion folded his creative skills into JayMedia Group, for which he is co-owner with his wife.

One of his biggest impacts with the company has been in the area of film and video, via the company's JayMedia Films Division. Dion has led JayMedia Films in the successful production of several film projects, including serving as director/producer/editor/writer for several documentary and award-winning short film projects, producer/director/writer/editor for a local closed caption TV program known as Service in Action, and more.

Additionally, many of Dion's works have been used by businesses, school/university programs, youth sports organizations, other creatives and more.
