Director Biography - Nori Uchida

Mr. Nori Uchida is a Japanese director and actor only for making zombie films.
After joining in making of several zombie films as an actor, not only in Japan but also in the USA and the UK, he made two short films. It is noteworthy that he made them only by himself without any other people’s help, acting as a director, writer, cameraman, editor, makeup artist, and so on. The first one was nominated in YAO 80 FILM FESTIVAL 2022 in Japan, which is an annual festival started from 2016 and for short films with 80 seconds. Though he couldn’t win, he got good reputation.

His new work "FOR WHAT THE DOOR BELL TOLLS" is completed in 2023.

This is the first film I produced as a director. I made this by myself, acting as a director, writer, actor, cameraman, editor, makeup artists and so on.
