For 20 years, Michele has been teaching modern dance in different dance schools in Paris. Dance teacher and choreographer, she was trained in New York and Paris.
Her artistic approaches always converge on the theme of women and the emotional. As a choreographer, she creates and choreographs videos on the world of women "heart of women" and "wandering"

Interested in the repercussions of confinement on the body, she gave lessons in prison, at the Réau et Fresne detention center. in order to transcribe what she felt in the relationship she had with these women, she decided to go behind the camera and make her first short film "behind your skin"

Director Statement

“Behind Your Skin” is my first short film co-written with my friend Florence Nilsson following our dance sessions in prison. We also decided to play together in the film. this project is concerned with the identity of these women, what they feel, their sorrows,
but also their joy.
I wanted a true film far from stereotypes and prejudices. it is first and foremost female identity ... because sometimes the worst prison is the indoor prison.
