Dedicated Support is a short film about Emily, a burned-out call center worker drowning in red performance stats at TruLink TV. Late one night, she receives a call from Jon, a desperate customer demanding the return of a discontinued TV feature: a simple fireworks screensaver.

What starts as a tense, standard customer service dispute, slowly unravels into a profound late-night confession. As Jon opens up about a deep personal loss and a memorable trip to a putt-putt golf course, Emily realizes this call is about much more than a software update.

With her dashboard flashing red and warning her to escalate or terminate the call, Emily faces a choice: follow the corporate rules that keep her employed, or risk it all to somehow bring Jon's fireworks back to life.
