Death Becomes Self-Aware

Andrew Lawson was born in Lexington,NC on a snowy day in January 1985. Taking an early interest in film and music at an early age Andrew started to make home movies and experiment with making music. By 2004 he made been in several bands and made several short films with friends. In 2006 he made his first film titled,"Demonic Death",a supernatural thriller/horror about a drug addicted man who finds strange objects and finally faces his own demon face to face. In 2007 Andrew wrote and directed his first feature length film,"Vengeful". A horror film about a group of friends who hit a little boy on there way home from getting concert tickets. The boy was an only child who's mother died while giving birth,leaving his father alone. When the local police can't find his son's murderers he takes action into his own hands and tracks the guys down after stalking the city. He goes on a murderous rampage and finally kills himself to join his family in the afterlife. Then in 2017 with the help of his son's Daron Lawson & Ian Lawson he wrote and directed his first stop motion/animated film,"Death Becomes Self-Aware". He has also made countless music videos for the bands,"Alignak",Og Tegnet & he and his oldest son's band BLOODLINE (who does the entire soundtrack to DBSA.
