David James Nielsen was born in Calgary, AB, Canada, and resides in Apopka, FL, USA. David has made several short films since the late 1990s. Recently he won several awards for his 2021 short film AL AND THE METEOR, and his 2021 short film DAY DREAMING was an official selection at several festivals. David is also a film composer and a graduate of the prestigious Scoring for Motion Pictures and Television program from the University of Southern California.
