I am an Italian filmmaker currently based in Madrid, with a background in photography and cinematography. By day, I work as a UX lead designer, but my true passion lies in creating visually compelling films that explore the complex interplay of horror, mystery, and existential themes. My work is heavily influenced by my love for art cinema and a fascination with the world of nightmares and dreams. Each short film I create serves not only as a standalone piece but also as a proof-of-concept for a larger series I am developing. Through every project, I am committed to learning, evolving, and crafting films that leave a lasting impact on my audience.
As a passionate solo filmmaker at the start of my career, my work integrates my background in photography, my cinematography studies, and my experience as a UX lead designer. I am dedicated to art cinema and focus on crafting films that emphasize mood and atmosphere, exploring themes of horror, mystery, and existentialism. My goal is to create immersive visual experiences that provoke thought and evoke strong emotional responses.
Inspired by the anthology style of The Twilight Zone, I am developing a series of short films, each intended as a standalone exploration of the human condition through unsettling and mysterious narratives. I focus on creating mood-driven films that explore horror, mystery, and existential themes, with a particular interest in nightmares and dreams. My short films not only delve into themes of alienation and psychological unrest but also serve as proof-of-concept for this series. Through every project, I continuously learn and refine my craft, striving to produce work that profoundly impacts and engages viewers.
