Director Biography - Annie Wood

Annie Wood is a Hollywood-born writer, actor and artist. Her personal essays, poetry, and short fiction have been published in several publications including The Huffington Post, Tiny Buddha, El Portal Literary Journal, and P.S. I Love You. Annie writes dramedy coming-of-age screenplays and plays and has written three books, Dandy Day, A Quantum Love Adventure, and her young adult novel, Just a Girl in the Whirl. In addition to writing, Wood is a TV/Film/Voice-Over actor, a filmmaker, an Internationally exhibited visual artist and was the third female TV dating game show host (BZZZ!) in the history of television.
Annie has a neurodiverse ADHD brain and meditates twice daily. She credits the latter to her ability to get anything done.
Also, she enjoys eating raw Jalapeños as if they were apples.
