D.R.U.G

"D.R.U.G" (D.R.O.G.A) was hard to make, but a nice playground to mess around with surreal imagery anchored to a thematic axis (power dynamics and self-destruction), I'd love to see these characters a little more... "animated", they're quite static, the animation is limited, I'm aware of that, but I think the strength relies on the pictures, the colors and an effective build of an oppressive atmosphere. I was pitched by Koison to make the video for their single "D.R.O.G.A" once they saw my animations online, some of those were comedic and others were surreal and creepy, of course the latter was the aesthetic chosen for this MV. I liked working with them, they're funny guys, and they often touch interesting and heavy subject matter in their lyrics.
