Director Statement

David is a film that is dear to my heart. I wanted to tell a story that was both realistic, and sentimental to my Christian belief. As Christians, we have all been faced with situations where we felt abandoned by God. So many questions left unanswered, or were they? It’s important to me that no one feels isolated in their faith and I hope I have used my art to do that. The cast and crew were unimaginably helpful in bringing this dream to life. When you watch this, I hope you remember you’re not alone even when it seems it’s your darkest hour.
