Experiencing Interruptions?

Director Statement

Have you ever heard the Humming Bird Tale?
As the forest is on fire, all the animals are in a panic and start running away in total chaos!
But one little Humming Bird is seen flying as fast as he can from the nearest lake to the burning trees, spitting drops of water on the growing flames.
“What the fuck are you doing you idiot?!” shouts the Boar.
And the Humming Bird answers: “The best I can.”

I, too, carry drops of water like the humming bird, spitting magic, inner truth and beauty.
I call my drops of water “Tales of the Kosmic Monkey,” and each episode of these visual and lyrical messages is what I consider magical water for the mind on fire. My mission is to tell real tales and lessons from the very best humans; to connect the people of this planet with the beauty and magic that lies within them. The magic exists already – on Earth and within each soul inhabiting her. We simply need to re-establish the tether.

I create 100% of the content I share. All video imagery and music are my creations. All production and post production is completed by me – all from my van, which is my home, my studio and my sanctuary.

I launched the project April 2021, dropping on Youtube one episode at a time.
I am shooting right now the second Season in Central America, and will keep going on, on every continent, over the next years.

In the end, I am a broker of ideas and concepts that keep me sane from the insane, and I believe Nature is the only ... to worship.
I hope each tale can connect or reconnect the viewer with his inner child.

"Once you learn to discern the voice of Mother Culture humming in the background, telling her story over and over again to the people of your culture, you’ll never stop being conscious of it. Wherever you go for the rest of your life, you’ll be tempted to say to the people around you, “how can you listen to this stuff and not recognize it for what it is?
It's the idea that people living close to nature tend to be noble. It's seeing all those sunsets that does it. You can't watch a sunset and then go off and set fire to your neighbor's tepee. Living close to nature is wonderful for your mental health."
