The Summers Brothers are Robert Summers and Russell Summers, twin independent filmmakers based in Austin, Texas. They co-write, co-produce and co-direct their projects.

Director Statement

We set out to make a fast paced, fun short that turns a normal social situation to horror movie extremes. Drawing on some of our many influences, the first third is a Nancy Meyers movie, the middle is a Polanski movie, and the final third is a De Palma film. Hopefully, the collision of all of those ideas adds up to something that surprises and entertains our audience.
