Director Biography - Natalia Ryss

Was born in Rostov-on-Don. Graduated from Art College in Rostov-on-Don (designer) in 1988 and art-graphic faculty of the Russian State University of Cinematography named after S. Gerasimov. She created about 9 animated shorts as an independent filmmaker and in collaboration with different studios of Moscow. Since 2015 she lives in Haifa, Israel.
Non-conventional structure of narration, expressive editing and mixing of different art-techniques (torn paper, drawing on glass and wet paper, self-created photo- and video-filters...) - is a distinctive style of her movies.

Director Statement

Designer Elena Uzdenikova:
I was born in 1967.
I finished complete course of the Moscow Secondary Industrial Art College In 1987 and has been graduate as a teacher
I am member of the International Federation of Artists and the Moscow Federation of Artists.
I took part in Russian and International exhibitions.
I work in painting of textile (batik), illustration and graphic.
My works are in private collections in Russia, Israel, USA and abroad.
