City of Birds

The City of birds is a five minute short animation, about the effect of excessive attachment and the subject of release. I used mixed techniques for the film, including manually painted backgrounds and character designs made with computer animation programs. The story based on a fantasy world with magical birds. The protagonist of the story is a little girl who catches one of these birds. Slowly she recognises the bad consequences of her actions, and learn the importance of being able to release.
