Experiencing Interruptions?

Child War Diaries

How can we truly speak about the horror of war, if not through the words of those who experienced it with eyes still capable of dreaming?
CHILD WAR DIARIES is a delicate and haunting journey into war as seen through the perspective of children. A story suspended between dream and harsh reality, where the violence of the adult world is filtered through the most fragile and honest voice: that of childhood.
Every word in the film is authentic. All the spoken lines are real excerpts from diaries, letters, and testimonies written by children during their experience of war. There is no fiction here — only preserved memories.
In the film, children’s plush toys metaphorically become the narrators. Silent companions of childhood turn into witnesses of fear, loss, and hope. Through them, collective memory transforms pain into something deeply human, intimate, and shareable — without ever softening its cruelty.
Music gently guides the emotional journey, breathing through suspended images, poetic light, and necessary silences.
CHILD WAR DIARIES is entirely created using artificial intelligence tools: ChatGPT for storytelling and imagery, Kling AI for visual generation, Voices AI for narration, and CapCut for editing. Here, AI becomes a human instrument of memory, a medium for shaping emotions and preserving stories.
The film is an act of remembrance and responsibility toward all children living in war today.
Its ending carries a message of hope: from shared memories, a museum of remembrance is built — a place of light and awareness rising where once there were only ruins.
