Cemetery people exist to question human nature and how far one can go in the name of their beliefs and superstition. I wrote this short film to initiate my path as a writer and hopefully one day I can also direct and produce my screenplay catalogue.
To question if evil lives in our minds, awaken by our emotions, or out there, in the invisible and spiritual world to which we are exposed every day. This is a simple dark story for a global audience that grabs the viewer with a simple question: Why are people stuck in a cemetery? It includes a modern critic of society mixed with glimpses of metaphysical ideas and a moral dilemma that captivates both commercial and intellectual audiences.
This is an opportunity to show horror even in bright peaceful places, where the enemy could be paranormal and people. When it is clear that 1 must be killed so the others can survive, it opens the dialogue among the audience towards the end where our world and the spiritual world seem to cross paths.
