After finding herself out of town, Lucy (Pyper Stancer) is brought into the lair of a crazed filmmaker, Karl (Thomas Bach) who knows a little more about her predicament than he should. As the situation escalates, Lucy must find out how to escape before the movie that is her life is CUT.

Director Biography - Luca Vines, Ashton Crompton

As a Director and award-nominated writer, Luca's hustle and hunger for film is known all over Perth. Having been around film his whole life and completed a bachelors degree in media and communications at ECU, he has been involved in more collaborations than he can keep count of. Working with various production companies like Scudley films, Wedge tail films, Seize the day studios, Everything Horses LTD, Lensflip Studios and now his own business, 'The Home Crew LTD', he is a lot of things, but lazy is definitely not one of them. Reviews and recommendations stream in from clients on every project, with some of the most prolific and reputable talents in Perth backing him with the likes of Mikayla Levy, Peter Renzullo and Tracy Bolton, his reputation grows every time he picks up the camera.
Luca is particularly known through his music videos with established Perth rappers TrippTonic, Marzy, Lil Ducky, Vahsoong and 2022 triple J unearthed winner Kayps. Luca has set his sights internationally, already working with clients in the UK, Los Angeles, Canada and various locations around Australia.
