Driven to a horrific extreme by religious fanaticism, a cult's refusal to seek medical help for a dying child leads to her tragic death, culminating in a violent act of vigilante justice.

Leader, the charismatic head of a secluded religious cult, enforces a strict doctrine that rejects all forms of modern medicine, believing faith alone can heal. When his young daughter, exhibiting increasingly alarming health issues, falls gravely ill, Leader and his wife, devout followers of his teachings, refuse to seek medical intervention. Instead, the cult gathers, engaging in fervent prayer and song as the child succumbs to her illness.

The child's death, a direct result of their negligence, triggers a police investigation, threatening to expose the cult's dangerous practices and hold them accountable for murder. As the cult members gather in their sanctuary, seemingly oblivious to the impending legal storm, a lone figure enters. This man, driven by an unseen motivation, methodically executes every member of the cult, enacting a brutal and swift form of retribution. He then disappears, leaving behind a scene of carnage and a community shattered.
