Peter Phan - A successful businessman turned artist. Growing up as a dutiful Asian child, I didn’t dare to dream beyond the expectations placed on me. I was taught to study hard, attend university, and become a successful businessman. However, I always had a deep passion for the arts. It wasn’t until the COVID pandemic that I realized I wanted to live an authentic life aligned with my true calling. That’s when I decided to pursue a career in acting.

Four years later, after landing a few roles, I had the opportunity to create my own films. Bullet Storm is my debut film, which I co-directed, produced, and starred in as a leading actor. Through this platform, I’ve been able to explore and engage with my culture, history, and love for storytelling. I’m not afraid to make mistakes because that’s how we learn, and I strive to embed those lessons into the films I create.

As the son of a refugee, I proudly call Australia home. Today, I find immense joy in acting, filmmaking, and advocating for more people like me to embrace a life in the arts. Connecting with like-minded individuals and amplifying the voices of those with shared experiences is what drives me.

While diversity and inclusion are vital, they must be woven into stories thoughtfully and at the right moments to create genuine meaning.

Tim Pek - An award-winning filmmaker of Cambodian descent raised in Melbourne, Australia, is a distinguished figure in international cinema known for his impactful and evocative storytelling. His journey in filmmaking began with The Red Sense, a powerful debut feature that earned critical acclaim, winning the Best Local Cambo Fest Film award in Cambodia in 2006. This early recognition propelled Tim onto the global stage, solidifying his reputation as a talented director with a unique voice.

Tim's career is defined by his versatility and range across multiple formats, including feature films, short films, music videos (MVs), television commercials (TVCs), and documentaries. His works demonstrate a blend of creative vision and technical prowess that captivates audiences and critics alike. His documentary I AM ANGKOR WAT was a major milestone, garnering the Best Short Documentary Award at the Asian Film Festival L.A Hollywood in 2019, showcasing his dedication to telling stories rooted in cultural and historical significance.

Tim's impressive filmography includes the action-packed IRON 1 and IRON 2, as well as Bullet Storm, The Outlaw, and Norak Mealea, short films that reflect his mastery of various genres. His experience extends beyond film, directing music videos and TV commercials, reinforcing his status as a multifaceted director.
