Britta Jeromin is a German musician, writer and filmmaker, who was born in Hamburg 1963. With 14 years old she started to write song lyrics and to perform on stage with different bands. When she was 19 years old she already released her first record with Rock music. She was one of the first students of the Music high school in Hamburg, where you could study popular music. Her youth she spent in Hamburg´s music clubs. She sang in different bands and in Hamburg and Berlin she performed live on stage. “Das Deutsche Schauspielhaus” Hamburg, one of the main theatre in town, produced a Rock theater play and engaged her as a musician. With this theater production she went on tour through Germany, driving with her motorbike on stage.
At this time she also was a studio background singer, as on the CD of Jan Fedder – AUS BOCK – and other productions. Besides, she played a minor role in a TV film production. She studied American, English and German literature in Hamburg and got her Magistra Artium title. She is a happy mother of two kids. Her work experience was made in PR- agencies, as a free journalist or as a film producer of image-and product films.
2012 she published her first novel 'NOTLANDUNG Á LA ROCK'N ROLL' as an ebook on Amazon. 2018 she published this novel as a paperback in German and in 2019 in English with the title: 'CRASH LANDING Á LA ROCK'N ROLL or the art of becoming a human being.' This novel was inspired by the book of Ken Wilber 'THE SPECTRUM OF CONSCIOUSNESS'.
In 2011 she filmed a journey through India and Nepal and produced a documentary film, called 'JOURNEY TO THE ORIGIN OF BUDDHISM.' This film is available in 6 different languages. Today she lives as a free artist in Medellin, Colombia.
