Inspired by his paternal great-grandfather's legacy of storytelling within their local Jewish communities, and influenced by his mother's dynamic presence in the hospitality industry of Atlantic City casinos, Jeremy's creative journey was destined for greatness.

Despite starting as the energetic class clown, Jeremy's natural flair for performance took center stage as he delved into the art of theater in his community. Embracing his Irish heritage from his mother's side and the intellectual pursuits of his father, a respected educator in mathematics and science, he honed his craft and ventured into the realm of professional filmmaking. (re: Breaking and Entering and Humping)

Breaking and Entering and Humping was born from a love of chaotic, ensemble-driven storytelling — the kind where everything that can go wrong, does go wrong, spectacularly and hilariously. I set out to create a short film that captures the absurdity of human desperation, awkwardness, and bad decision-making under pressure.

Inspired by classic farces, indie genre mashups, and a healthy dose of personal misadventures, the film leans into action, comedy, and escalating tension with reckless abandon. My hope is that audiences experience both the cringing horror of the characters' predicaments and the joyful release of laughing at how universal those uncomfortable moments can be.

At its heart, this project celebrates the indie filmmaking spirit: fast, fearless, and driven by characters whose flaws make them unforgettable.
