Bounds

Bounds is an exploration of the borders that are built for us and the ones we impose on ourselves. Maybe we are imprisoned by them as they bound us. Perhaps they can liberate us, but {as long as we exist, they are inescapable}.

Meaning there’s a wall (1:02-1:04)

Isn’t it so? / Isn’t it? (1:22-1:23)

I’m bound by this wall (1:39-1:42)

blinded by it (1:45-1:46)

tethered to it (1:48-1:50)

not from my own volition (1:54-1:56)

Or is it my own? (2:00-2:03)

It is not my home, but it is my comfort (2:31-2:34)

It’s cold and still (2:39-2:40)

and I am only a warm body (2:42-2:44)

who longs to be enveloped by softness (2:45-2:49)

Breaking free is seeing (2:54-2:57)

But I cannot (3:00-3:03).
