Blind date
In a world where we feel forced to fit certain criteria, Blind Date represents someone's journey through self-acceptance in a minimalistic way. No gender or sexual identity is represented. Only ones true self, love, care and acceptance

Jasmine Carpentier is a multidisciplinary artist specializing in stop-motion animation and sound design. Their artistic journey began with music lessons at Ozias-Leduc High School where they learned the clarinet and developed a particular attachment to it. Despite their love for music, they maintained a strong interest in visual arts as well as cinema. Their style would come to fruition during their time at the Cégep of Drummondville to complete their double DEC in visual arts and music. After multiple trials and errors, they realized that the best way to bring all of their interests together was to progress into the animation industry. Recent alumni from Concordia University in fine arts (with a major in film animation), she created several animated short films such as Blind Date, Les Bons Moments and Outside The Milky Way They’re involved in each step of their films and collaborate with a vast number of artists from several specialties. They also got the opportunity to assist in outside projects such as the award winning CNESST commercial Hanging by a Thread by Dale Hayward
