Blind Date

A typical Lagos socialite embarks on a blind date with a lonely blogger with the motive of seducing her to his bed. The evening begins with a lot of romance and mushiness. He is super interested in her career and upholds women’s rights, drawing her in even more. But as the night creeps in, he transforms before her very eyes.

Director Statement

Every good film generates a conversation which eventually makes people review, evaluate, and react to the abnormalities in society. Date assault is rarely addressed, especially in a city with rampant cases as Lagos. I hope we have made such a film with this, and that a sizeable percentage of everyone who sees this, feels the need to do and be better.
