Director Statement

Blank Canvas was a passion project. It was a true labor of love. I wanted to see if a feature can be done with no money, no crew, and no lighting setup. Only using practical lights. So I set out to take on the challenge by myself. It was a total of 20 months to complete. I did everything from the design of the posters to scoring the music to acting (which I'm not fond of), cinematography, and all the post-production work. I learned a lot in the process and loved every minute of it. Hopefully, I captured an innovative story that feels real and people can connect to.
