Director Biography - Giuliano Salvatore, Máté Szombath

Giuliano and Maté founded their collective called Cineast in 2015 with the premiere of the independent film Blackbird, directed by Máté and cinematographed by Giuliano. From then on most of their music video projects came together as a director-cinematographer duo on both sides, swapping these two positions between them from time to time. Since last year they've started to direct some projects together. The 'Can take many more' music video for Blahalouisiana was the first time they applied a dedicated cinematographer and stepped away from the camera to focus only on directing.

Director Statement

Our main goal is to create cinematic videos even with the lowest budget, both visually and thematically. We both pay great attention to how we frame our stories and about the whole mood that the video will convey. We believe that this video manages to do that even against all odds.
