Director Biography - Noé Chávez


Originally from the city of León, Guanajuato, Mexico. He began his artistic career at the age of 19 as part of the fifth generation of the Center for the Performing Arts in León, where he worked on 5 theatrical productions, including "El Extensionista" by Felipe Santander. After finishing his diploma in theater, he works as a secondary actor in the film "Cherry Palace" by Fez Noriega. This leads him to study acting for cinema with Maestro Alonso Echànove, who is awarded a scholarship to the Luis Felipe Tovar Set and Artistic Training Center in Mexico City. He has taken acting courses with Humberto Busto, screenwriting with Ignacio Ortiz, directing actors with Alejandro Ramírez and master class in directing and production with Diego Luna. In theater he has worked in more than 20 theatrical performances touring much of the republic. Among the most outstanding works are: “Los Ponedores” by Iván Tula within the concept of MicroTeatro with more than 700 functions in Mexico City, Puebla, Acapulco, Veracruz and León. “Red Bullying” by Laura Madrid in a school theater with more than 200 performances throughout the state of Guanajuato. On television, he has worked in 3 productions with Argos for Telemundo: “Los miserables”, “La impostora” and “El señor de los cielos”. What women are silent for TV Azteca and the series "Así de transparentes" for TV4 under the direction of Arturo Pons. In cinema he has worked in more than 25 short films, among the most outstanding ones: “Sobrevivir” by Omar Alcalá with more than 25 festivals around the world. The film "Cherry Place" by Fez Noriega, "Paraíso" by Luis Felipe Tovar and "Los asteriscos" by Arturo Pons. He is part of the cast of the first film direction of the teacher Alonso Echànove "Caras we see ..." During his career, he decided to venture into the production, direction and script of his first film, the short film "Soledad". In the production, in the short films "Fear to lose you" by Franco Acosta and "Tan Humans" by Natyeli Lafarga. In theater he has had the opportunity to direct “Empared-hado de Mermel-hada” by Rodrigo Magaña and “Los Ponedores y Las Paridoras at MicroTeatro León.

Originario de la ciudad de León, Guanajuato, México. Inicia su carrera artística a la edad de 19 años formando parte de la quinta generación del Centro de Artes Escénicas de León donde trabaja en 5 producciones teatrales, entre ellas, “El Extensionista” de Felipe Santander. Al terminar el diplomado en teatro, trabaja como actor secundario en la película “Cherry Palace” de Fez Noriega. Esto lo lleva a estudiar actuación para cine con el Maestro Alonso Echànove, el cual lo beca al Centro de formación artística y actoral el Set de Luis Felipe Tovar en la ciudad de México. Ha tomado cursos de actuación con Humberto Busto, de guion con Ignacio Ortiz, de dirección de actores con Alejandro Ramírez y master class de dirección y producción con Diego Luna. En teatro ha trabajado en más de 20 representaciones teatrales recorriendo gran parte de la república. Entre las obras más sobresalientes se encuentran: “Los Ponedores” de Iván Tula dentro del concepto de MicroTeatro con más de 700 funciones en la ciudad de México, puebla, Acapulco, Veracruz y León. “Red Bullying” de Laura Madrid en teatro escolar con más de 200 funciones en todo el estado de Guanajuato. En cine ha trabajado en más de 25 cortometrajes, entre los destacados: “Sobrevivir” de Omar Alcalá con más de 25 festivales alrededor de todo el mundo. La película “Cherry Place” de Fez Noriega, “Paraíso” de Luis Felipe Tovar y “Los asteriscos” de Arturo Pons. Forma parte del elenco de la primera dirección de cine del maestro Alonso Echànove “Caras vemos…” Durante su trayectoria, decide incursionar en la producción, dirección y guion de su opera prima, el cortometraje “Soledad”. En la producción, en los cortometrajes “Miedo a perderte” de Franco Acosta y “Tan humanos” de Natyeli Lafarga. En teatro ha tenido la oportunidad de dirigir “Empared-hado de Mermel-hada” de Rodrigo Magaña y “Los Ponedores y Las Paridoras en MicroTeatro León.
